Order Dispatch Time
All orders placed on the Scent Frost website will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days after the order is confirmed.
Delivery Times
Orders within Karachi: Expect delivery within 2-5 working days after dispatch.
Orders outside Karachi: Delivery can take anywhere between 5-7 working days, or more, depending on the destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on external factors, including weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

Delivery Charges
We offer flat delivery charges of Rs. 200 for all orders.
Free Delivery
Free delivery is available on orders above Rs. 4000.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipmentâs progress. Please check your email for tracking details.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within Pakistan.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your parcel, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
